A. Brief Descriptions：

1. Benign tumor of hair follicle origin.

2. Before age of 20.

3. Face or upper or upper extremity.

4. Hard deep nodule.

B. Gross Findings：

1. Hard deep nodule

C. Micro Findings：

1. A fibrous stroma surrounding nests of basophilic cells and shadow or ghost cells.

2. The latter are keratinized cells that have an unstained central area where their nucleoli formerly located.

D. Others：

1. Benign tumor of hair follicle origin.

2. Age: before age 20

3. Predilection site: face or upper extremity.
