A. Brief Descriptions:
1. Sunlight, lightly pigmented, preexisting nevus.
2. Enlargement, itching or pain, a new lesion, irregular border, variegation of color.
3. Radial and vertical growth.
B. Gross Findings:
Pruritic, variegated, irregular, maculopapular lesions
C. Micro Findings:
Melanoma cells are larger than nevus cells with irregular nuclei and prominent eosinophilic nucleoli.
They grow as loose nests lacking the typical features of maturation
