1. Elevated yellow plaques located on the medial aspect of the upper and lower eyelids.

B. Gross Findings：

1. Elevated yellow plaques on the medial aspect of the upper and lower eyelids

C. Micro Findings：

1. Multiple nests of large, pale-staining, fat-laden histiocytes (xanthoma cells or foamy cells) throughout the subepithelial tissue

2. These cells have small, regular nuclei and clear, pale-staining cytoplasm
