A. Brief Descriptions

  1. A  benign tumor of bone occurs in adolescents.

  2. Occur almost exclusively in the metaphysis of the long bones, especially the tibia and femur.

B. Gross Findings

  1. Soft, friable, and yellow brown.

  2. Well circumscribed.

C. Micro Findings

  1. Multinuclear giant cells.

  2. Fibrohitiocytic lesion.

  3. Foamy hitiocyte.

  4. Hemorrhage.
