A. Brief Descriptions:
A benign tumor of bone occurs in adolescents.
Occur almost exclusively in the metaphysis of the long bones, especially the tibia and femur.
B. Gross Findings:
Soft, friable, and yellow brown.
Well circumscribed.
C. Micro Findings:
Multinuclear giant cells.
Fibrohitiocytic lesion.
Foamy hitiocyte.
Hemorrhage.
